there’s not really any words native to japanese for genderqueer/fluid, or even transgender or anything
its all english words. so like genderqueer is just genderqueer. and so most japanese people wont know what the fuck you are talking about and barely any one uses the words even online
the most common term in Japan for transgender or transsexual individuals is literally “gender identity disorder” as far as i am aware
the word “toransujendaa/toransu” is more common but it is still described as the person having GID
